There are gyms for women in Saudi Arabia, but the options are less compared to men. All the Hotel sports clubs in Saudi Arabia are open exclusive to men. Members are offered different time periods ranging from a period of 1 month to 1 year. As the registration charges keep fluctuating, it’s wise to check with the respective hotel regarding the current rate and special offers before making a decision.

Football
Men can go watch football matches at the club stadium in Riyadh. The National stadium, to the left of the Dammam Highway going east out of town, holds international matches from time-to-time.

Golf
Nine hole golf courses are available at the Inter-Continental Hotel, Arizona Compound and the Dirab Golf & Recreation Center; each has a pro shop with golf club, sports-clothes and balls. Arizona and Dirab also have driving ranges and the Inter-Continental arranges group golf lessons for children during May, June and july.
